Overview
Our refund and returns policy lasts 7 days from the date of delivery.
If 7 days have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer a full refund or exchange.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused, in the same condition you received it, and in the original packaging.
- A receipt or proof of purchase is required.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
Additional non-returnable items:
Because of the custom nature of our products, personalized or custom-printed items cannot be returned unless they arrive defective or damaged.
Other items we cannot accept for return include:
- Gift cards
- Downloadable digital products
- Intimate or sanitary goods
- Hazardous materials or flammable liquids/gases
Partial Refunds
Partial refunds may be granted if:
- An item is not in its original condition, is damaged, or has missing parts not due to our error.
- The return is requested after 7 days from delivery.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will email you to confirm we have received it and to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method within a few business days.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet:
- Check your bank account again.
- Contact your credit card company—it may take some time before your refund is posted.
- Contact your bank; processing time can vary.

Sale items
Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Sale or clearance items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges
We replace items only if they are defective or damaged.

Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return.
If the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send the refund to the gift giver.

For higher-value items, consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item..
You are responsible for your own return shipping costs.
Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, delivery time for exchanged products may vary.
